Use social media to reflect your brand personality
We’ve relied on social media to promote our business and communicate with existing and prospective customers since we started in 2008. It’s an invaluable tool, not only to get your name out there and be recognised, but to listen to consumers, position your products and your messaging accordingly, and to get your brand personality across. I believe social media is most effective when it’s unfiltered and without hidden motives. Be yourself, show the world what you’re about, and listen to what people have to say.
It’s no secret that I am a real fan of social media, it’s enabled me to:

- get to know my potential clients and for them to get to know me
- keep abreast of the most up to date information
- share my good news and useful information
